We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you don't love a CLARISMA product please reach out to us at info@clarismabeauty.com and we’ll help you with your concerns.

We issue exchanges or full refunds for products returned within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving. We begin the refund instantly on our end, but depending your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

 

How do I return product if I purchased it from a retailer?  

If you purchased CLARISMA from a retailer, that is where you should return the product.

I live in Los Angeles, am I able to return and exchange my products in person? 

No. At this time we do not have a space open to the public to purchase or return products.
